Title Customer Service Representative

Job Overview The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule

Operate motorized cleaning equipment

Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area

Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor

Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures

Perform work assignments in a team with other employees

Maintain clean work area

Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules

Take direction and respond to supervision

Talk with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner

Fill in during staff shortage

Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items

Use proper personal protective equipment

Present a professional appearance and conduct

Understand customer service and satisfaction

Understand reporting systems and the environment

Education and/or Experience No specific education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations May be required to hold a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certifications. Forklift certification may also be required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bilingual a plus

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team

Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment

Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use

Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands & Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions. The employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or listen and must be able to lift or move up to 35 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. The work environment may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and noise.

Compensation and Shift Shift: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 pm–3:30 am Hourly rate: $19.00–$20.00
