Operations Advisor in PNC’s Midland organization. The role is part of the Investor Reporting team, responsible for accurate and timely reporting, fund remittance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Supports a critical operational service, ensuring performance and risk indicators are met.

Establishes and monitors process performance measurements; prepares performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.

Monitors production workflow and assists team members with escalated process issues; independently identifies and resolves exceptions and serves as a point of escalation.

Monitors effectiveness and efficiency of production; determines and drives change and improvement efforts.

Ensures the business adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory standards; independently resolves compliance issues and drives risk mitigation activities.

Qualifications Minimum four years of loan servicing experience, preferably in investor reporting, or equivalent complex financial operations experience. Desired skills and characteristics:

Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.

Exceptional time management, prioritization and organizational skills.

Independent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.

Ability to work autonomously and provide clear guidance to peers.

Strong analytical and leadership skills, including mentoring within reporting and reconciliation processes.

Work Experience Typically requires a university/college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s) and experience (including military service) may be considered.
