San Diego – Executive Compensation Associate (Junior)

We are searching for a junior associate to join our Executive Compensation group in California or New York. The ideal candidate has experience with M&A transactions, equity compensation, drafting offer letters, employment agreements and other compensation-related documents, public company compensation disclosure, and the related tax and securities law issues. ERISA experience is not required.

Previous large law firm experience required
Superior academic credentials from a top law school and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required for this position
Candidates must be admitted to practice in California or New York

$235,000 - $260,000
