Candidate must be based 50 miles by Bay area (Northern CA)
remote + monthly site visits
$100,000-120,000 + Bonus + excellent benefits package including 25 PTO days
Position Overview Seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee 4 multi-state grocery-anchored shopping centers (300K+ sqft). This is an independent, high-ownership role requiring a self-starter who can manage all aspects of property operations
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations for a multi-property commercial portfolio
Oversee tenant relations, lease compliance, and vendor coordination
Coordinate with asset management, leasing, and accounting teams
Manage third-party service providers and construction/maintenance projects
Conduct regular property inspections, including roof walks and site assessments
Assist Accounting team with month end financials
Qualifications
Proven commercial property management experience; must be able to run a shopping center portfolio independently
Grocery-anchored shopping center experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
