Position Overview ESS is seeking an experienced
Property Manager
to oversee a large
774-unit condo conversion apartment community
in Lauderhill, FL. This is a
direct hire opportunity
for a proactive and experienced leader who excels in daily operations, resident relations, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of a 774-unit multifamily community
Manage leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and team performance
Ensure compliance with property management policies and regulations
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and occupancy goals
Utilize YARDI software for daily operations and reporting
Lead, train, and mentor on-site staff to maintain high service standards
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager handling large, busy communities
Proficiency with YARDI software is required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume operations and complex resident needs
