Marketing Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary Come join our team as our new Marketing Manager, Strategic Initiatives, who will play a critical role in supporting and driving North America marketing toward the achievement of its most critical objectives. In this role, you will plan and execute marketing programs for our specialty business segments and manage cross‑functional initiatives to drive core growth.

Responsibilities

Leverage market, M&A, publication, and competitive insights to drive commercial initiatives.

Develop and execute marketing strategies for our Specialty Segments.

Drive end‑to‑end project execution and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver key business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, or service in clinical diagnostics (preferred) or health‑care industry.

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies preferred (LEx, kaizen, PSP, TPI, etc.).

Previous experience in project management with strong analytical and planning skills.

Ability to travel 25% domestically.

Preferred Experience

Demonstrated track record of direct and indirect people leadership, managing the people side of change and achieving impact.

Experience working in a large, matrixed organization. Must have a working knowledge of the principal areas and role of Marketing, Sales, Service, Planning, R&D, QA, and Business Development.

Benefits and Compensation Remote work arrangement: This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement, and additional information will be provided by your interview team.

Salary range: $130,000‑$145,000 (range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting; may be modified in the future). This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) to eligible employees.
