Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Benefits Advisor / Sales Associate based in Los Angeles, CA, with opportunities for both on-site and remote work. The Benefits Advisor / Sales Associate will identify prospective clients and businesses, educate them about Aflac's insurance products, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. The role involves building and nurturing meaningful relationships, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales goals, attending team meetings, and staying informed about industry trends and products. Qualifications
Sales and customer service skills (not mandatory, but definitely a plus), including the ability to identify prospective clients and effectively communicate product benefits. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to develop long-term client partnerships. Time management, organization, and goal-setting skills to meet sales targets and deadlines effectively. Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Proficiency in using digital and technological tools for client engagement and account management. Previous sales or insurance industry experience is a plus. This is not a salaried position.
