Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Benefits Consultant based in Glendora, CA. The Benefits Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on employee benefits, providing expertise in insurance and benefits administration, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Develop tailored benefits packages for businesses, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure seamless benefit enrollment processes.

Qualifications

Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits

Proficiency in Consulting and Insurance practices

Strong Customer Service skills to address client and employee needs

Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship‑building abilities

Knowledge of group insurance and supplemental benefits is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client‑focused environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
