Role Description This is a full-time, on-site and remote role for a Benefits Advisor located in Melville, NY. The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for educating employees about various benefit options, consulting with businesses on insurance solutions, and building relationships to drive sales. Day-to-day tasks include conducting presentations, providing customer service, coordinating training sessions, and guiding employees and employers in selecting the best benefits packages to meet their needs.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills

Strong desire to earn and win

Team focused but able to work independently

Must be trainable and open to coaching

Relevant sales or insurance certifications are a plus
