Position Summary As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our IoT sales and execution team. You’ll help streamline contracts, pricing, billing, and customer support, ensuring our groundbreaking solutions reach clients smoothly and efficiently. You’ll collaborate with legal, finance, IT, and operations to keep Kudelski IoT running like a well-oiled machine.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate customer records and contract data in CRM and ERP systems
Support contract setup, renewals, and terminations
Ensure seamless order execution and billing across multiple platforms
Coordinate outbound shipments for US and Canadian customers
Track revenue recognition and commission processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations
Suggest and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
Assist with reporting, procurement, and project coordination
Your Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of experience in sales administration
Experience with contract management and customer relations
Understanding of excel and SharePoint and familiarity with ERP, CRM, and Ticketing systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
Experience in international sales administration (preferred)
Thrives in a start-up environment
Strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail
A collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset

Compensation At Kudelski IoT, we believe in providing fair and competitive compensation that reflects both market benchmarks and internal equity, considering individual experience and expectations.
For this role, the compensation range is $60,000 - $65,000 (hourly non-exempt).
