Senior Director of Finance
to join their leadership team in the
Milwaukee, Wisconsin area . This is a
hybrid role
with

Senior Vice President / General Manager
and serves as a key strategic partner to divisional leadership. The Senior Director of Finance will provide financial leadership across the division, guiding strategy, driving operational performance, and helping the organization achieve its growth and profitability objectives. What You’ll Do
Partner with the Senior Vice President / General Manager and divisional leadership team to provide financial insight that guides strategic business decisions Lead divisional financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership Own the annual budgeting process and collaborate with plant controllers and operational leaders to align financial targets Oversee monthly financial close, forecasting, and operating reviews to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams on pricing strategy, operational improvements, and market growth initiatives Build, mentor, and develop a global finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required;
MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience with global P&L responsibility Experience supporting
multi-site manufacturing or industrial operations Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, and operational performance management Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leadership teams Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing finance teams Experience working with ERP systems such as
Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, or OneStream
