Overview
Regional Product Manager for CTIP
– your goal is to maximize VSC CTIP (Cryopump, Compressor and Polycold Chiller) product opportunities and deliver high returns to Edwards in monetary and strategic terms measured by revenue and market share. This position supports new and after‑market product sales through marketing, technical, and application know-how for North America. You will report to the Business Line Manager of North America OEM Sales.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs (incl. performance, CoO, sustainability, and form factor).
Work within multi‑disciplined teams, including applications engineering, manufacturing (Product Company), Global, Regional and Division product management, and sales, to create and enhance value messaging, influence development of new product variants, enhance existing products, and promote products relative to competitive options.
Partner with NA Account Teams and Division Marketing to develop and execute strategic Technical Review Meetings (TRMs).
Consolidate voice of the customer and voice of the Division, then prioritize and communicate to the relevant stakeholders.
Act to recommend regional/customer product pricing to maximize margin while optimizing penetration and share.
Collaborate with technical support for failure analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
Identify future requirements, product vision, and product advancement in support of NACC customers.
Qualifications You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or a Technical Field, and 5‑10+ years in Technical Product Marketing and Product Management. You also have:
Knowledge in the use of vacuum in WFE OEM manufactory processes.
Proficiency in PowerPoint creation and succinct, impactful delivery to customers and internal colleagues.
Applications/Product management/Product Marketing experience.
A solid track record of hands‑on experience with product wins and project execution success.
Experience in Semiconductor Process and Semiconductor Equipment ecosystem, familiar with semiconductor OEMs, fab end users, fab processes, and sub‑fab vacuum requirements.
