This is an on‑site role based in San Francisco, CA. For a particularly strong candidate, we may consider a hybrid schedule with 2 to 3 days per week in the office. Note:
Candidates must have prior outside media sales experience in print and digital advertising, along with a willingness to do pure business development. About Us

Prospect and develop new business through phone calls, email outreach, social media, networking, and in‑person visits Identify potential advertising and sponsorship partners through research and active outbound business development Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, pain points, and customer acquisition needs Build tailored media and event marketing solutions across print, digital, and sponsorship offerings Present proposals, handle objections, close new business, and drive long‑term client partnerships Manage and grow a pipeline of revenue opportunities using CRM tools Re‑engage inactive accounts and pursue opportunities with past advertisers Coordinate new account setup, including gathering required credit and documentation information Track sales activity, forecast revenue, and report on pipeline strength, opportunities, and risks Monitor campaign performance and work to renew clients after campaigns conclude Work toward annual new business goals in a fast‑paced, highly visible outside sales environment Qualifications
3+ years of outside media sales experience Experience selling both print and digital advertising solutions Strong business development and prospecting skills Comfortable with cold outreach, in‑person meetings, and closing new accounts Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and hit revenue goals Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills Experience using a CRM to track activity and opportunities Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Why You Will Love Working Here
