What You’ll Do:
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to long-term account management, in a fast-growing company Build and grow your own book of business across high-growth sectors such as technology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and finance Operate with a high level of autonomy, supported by experienced commercial leaders Develop into a trusted advisor to your clients, going beyond transactional sales Competitive Base + Commission (Tiered commission structure – each promotion unlocks greater rewards) + Additional Quarterly Bonus Clear path for progression: 13 promotions available all the way to Equity Partner + Leadership Academy programme for managers in the making Full Ownership of your pipeline, clients, and results Sabbatical: Fully paid one-month sabbatical every 3 years Industry-leading training programme with 200+ training modules Fantastic team culture, very collaborative and regular team socials and events! What You’ll Have:
3 years of any commercial experience (1+ year of experience in B2B, consultative, or relationship-driven sales) Experience with prospecting, lead generation, or early-stage deal engagement A motivated, competitive mindset with a desire to own deals end-to-end Strong communication skills and commercial curiosity Ready to Boost Your Earnings?
