Field Marketing Coordinator

KP Reddy, San Francisco, CA, United States

The Role We’re looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator to own the execution of our event and conference presence. This is a ground-level role with real ownership — you’ll be the person who makes sure Zero RFI shows up right, every time, in every room that matters in the AEC and construction tech ecosystem. You’ll work directly with the marketing and business development teams to plan, coordinate, and execute our presence at industry events, from major conferences like AIA and CONEXPO to niche owner and GC forums where the real conversations happen.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end logistics for Zero RFI's conference and event calendar, including registrations and booth coordination

Manage shipping, staffing schedules, and on-site execution

Research and prioritize new event opportunities across core verticals (owners, AEC, construction tech, smart buildings)

Coordinate pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up in close collaboration with BD and sales teams

Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and swag/collateral inventory

Track event ROI and pipeline influence, reporting outcomes back to leadership

Support the production of event-specific marketing materials in partnership with the brand team

Represent ZeroRFI on-site with professionalism and a genuine understanding of

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or marketing operations, ideally in B2B SaaS, construction tech, or AEC

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously without dropping the ball

Strong communicator who can coordinate across internal teams and external vendors with clarity

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where things change and resourcefulness is a feature, not a bug

Genuine curiosity about the construction and real estate industry; not necessary to be an engineer, but need to care about the space

This is a road warrior role. You should be comfortable with at least 50% travel or out-of-office events — whether that’s a multi‑day conference across the country or local events

Proficiency with standard marketing and project management tools (HubSpot, Notion, Asana, or equivalents)

Bonus Points

Experience with AEC or construction technology events (ENR, AIA, CURT, Greenbuild, etc.)

Familiarity with CRM‑based lead capture and event attribution workflows

Prior startup or early‑stage company experience
