Salesfinity is hiring a Sales Development Rep to join our outbound team.

Salesfinity is an AI Growth Platform that helps SDRs become 10x better at their job — more dials, more connects, more meetings, less busywork. We're growing 3x YoY, profitable, based in San Francisco, and rated a top 10 sales org in SF by RepVue. Now we need more top‑of‑funnel firepower.

You’ll be coached by

Matt Banks , our world‑class SDR Manager known across the industry for his elite cold calling skills. If you want to get dramatically better at the phones, this is the seat.

What you’ll do

Run outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings with B2B sales leaders (VPs of Sales, RevOps, SDR Managers)

Make 150+ cold calls a day using our own dialer (yes, we dogfood — and it’s good)

Own your pipeline: research accounts, build lists, write your own sequences, test angles

Work directly with Matt, the founder, and AEs on messaging, ICP, and deal strategy

Hit monthly meeting and SQL targets

What we’re looking for

6+ months of SDR experience at a B2B software company

(non‑negotiable)

You’ve cold called before and you’re good at it — you don’t flinch at the phone

Based in Canada, able to work core US business hours

Clear written and verbal communication

Coachable, competitive, and allergic to excuses

Bonus: experience selling into sales orgs, or familiarity with tools like Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, HubSpot
