Texas Sports Academy operates an accelerated academic program integrated with elite athletic training. Each weekday, student-athletes attend class, train on the field, and work in the gym—moments worth documenting. Your role is to be present, identify the moment, record it, edit, and publish. No studio environment, no approval process, and no creative directive. Four to five hours on-site each weekday, then your workday concludes. We are hiring four individuals—one for each location: Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. You will be responsible for social content at your assigned campus from the start, with follower growth and engagement serving as the direct metrics for your performance. This is a part‑time position: 20–25 hours weekly at $30/hr, on‑site during weekdays. Your work is visible, traceable, and credited to you. Sustain a reliable daily posting rhythm without interruptions. What You Won’t Be Doing Follow a content calendar created by others—you determine what to film and post. Create polished content requiring multi‑day production cycles. Await creative approval prior to publishing. Work from a desk; this position is field‑based, mobile‑device ready, every weekday. Basic Requirements Demonstrated TikTok and/or Instagram Reels posting history with regular short‑form video content.
