Position Overview
Delta Construction Partners is seeking a Market Manager -Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead and execute our marketing efforts across all platforms. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, managing digital campaigns, and supporting business growth through strategic and creative marketing initiatives.
This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on company growth, offering the opportunity to own marketing strategy while also executing day-to-day initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals
Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels
Identify opportunities to expand brand presence within target markets
Brand & Content Management
Manage Delta’s brand voice and messaging across all platforms
Create and oversee content for social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials
Develop content that highlights company culture, client success, and industry expertise
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage and grow platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns
Utilize analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversion
Creative & Design Oversight
Develop marketing assets including graphics, presentations, and branded materials
Maintain consistency across all visual and written content
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on creative projects
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and marketing partners
Oversee content shoots and ensure timely delivery of assets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience (digital, brand, or content-focused)
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Experience managing social media platforms and campaigns
Proficiency in Canva (required); Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience in construction, staffing, or B2B industries preferred
