Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Business Unit: Marketing Job Grade: Location : Mumbai A. Integrated Digital Campaigns & Demand Generation Plan and execute integrated campaigns with a strong digital component across APAC markets Drive full-funnel strategy: Awareness Consideration Conversion Retention Lead always-on social media campaigns along with campaign bursts Drive demand generation through digital channels B. Content & Creative Development Work with creative and social agencies to develop digital videos, influencer content, scripts and static/banner creative Contribute to campaign ideation and storytelling Ensure content effectiveness across platforms and markets Experience in performance/e-commerce-led creative is an advantage C. Influencer Marketing Collaborate with regional influencer marketing agencies for campaign execution Provide inputs on influencer strategy and content direction Track effectiveness of influencer-led campaigns D. Brand Discoverability (Search & Content) Drive SEO/GEO and search visibility across platforms Leverage content marketing to improve organic reach Monitor search trends, keywords and content performance E. Analytics, Insights & ROI Track campaign and sales performance metrics Conduct ROI analysis and derive actionable insights Build dashboards and support data-driven decision making F. AI-Led Marketing & Innovation Leverage AI tools for campaign planning, content creation and optimization Explore innovative AI-led approaches to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency Leverage Generative AI tools for scalable content creation (copy, creatives, video) Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate into business pilots H.
