experience to support change and transformation initiatives within
Capital Markets , with a focus on
Derivatives and Clearing .
Requirements and Qualifications
:
Lead and support project delivery across derivatives and clearing initiatives
Drive business analysis activities including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
Partner with business and technology teams to support process improvements and transformation efforts
Ensure alignment with regulatory, operational, and market requirements
Strong experience in
Project Management and Business Analysis
Strong experience with OTC is Required
Hands-on knowledge of
Derivatives , with exposure to
Clearing
processes
Experience supporting change or transformation initiatives in
Capital Markets
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
