Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant V for a position with a Leading Technology Firm located in Bozeman, MT. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity.
Summary:
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary liaison between internal business stakeholders and engineering teams. This role requires deep, hands-on expertise in the Workday Learning module to effectively resolve complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions to meet client requirements. The ideal candidate will be inherently inquisitive and adept at navigating ambiguous situations. Responsibilities: Configure business processes within the Workday Learning module Execute the Workday Learning setup within the tenant environment Offer technical assistance to clients throughout the testing phase, ensuring functionalities align with specifications Develop comprehensive technical specifications for Workday Learning configurations Maintain consistent and professional communication with client subject matter experts Establish consensus on business processes and design, guaranteeing adherence to Workday Learning best practices Conduct data mapping and execute data loads for learning data, course content, and SCORM files Design, architect, and implement security configurations for learners, instructors, administrators, and support teams Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all Learning-related data within the Workday platform Configure integrations connecting Workday Learning with various third-party systems
Requirements: Strong, hands-on Workday expertise with both HCM and Learning Demonstrated system configuration and administration experience
Pay range:
