Next Horizon Group, a client-focused sales and marketing firm, is hiring a Client Sales Assistant to represent AT&T Fiber. The Client Sales Assistant directly engages with each client to guide decisions, support the sales process, and maintain ongoing relationships. The Client Sales Assistant’s ability to balance sales performance with client satisfaction will be key to our sales success. As a Client Sales Assistant, you’ll meet with Scranton clients to review their Fiber needs and coordinate simple enrollment steps. The Client Sales Assistant will then use AT&T Fiber protocols to support sales conversations, maintain accurate account alignment, and help each client choose the plan that fits their daily demands. Role Requirements for a Client Sales Assistant Lead in‑person AT&T Fiber consultations that help Scranton clients understand their options and support strong, friendly sales outcomes. Evaluate each home’s usage habits to recommend the Fiber plan that best fits their Northeast Pennsylvania lifestyle. Manage enrollment coordination to ensure every account transitions smoothly into the correct AT&T Fiber service. Keep organized records of client needs to support ongoing account coordination and future sales opportunities. Check in with residents after consultations to answer questions and highlight relevant AT&T Fiber upgrades. Communicate AT&T Fiber strengths in clear, friendly language that supports confident, informed sales decisions.
