FTE: 1.000000 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM | This is an onsite position located on our campus in beautiful Southern Oregon.
We will consider candidates at either the Employee Relations Partner or Senior Employee Relations Partner level. Requirements and wages for both levels are noted below.
Starting Wage For This Exempt Position
Employee Relations Partner: $76,523.20‑$105,227.20
Senior Employee Relations Partner: $90,084.80‑$123,864.00
Employee Relations Partner Position Summary The Employee Relations Partner will work closely with employees and management to ensure a positive, productive, and legally compliant work environment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, helping to resolve conflicts, address concerns, and foster a positive organizational culture. The role requires a balance of empathy, communication, and a deep understanding of employment law and best practices in employee relations.
Position Qualifications Experience
5 years of professional‑level experience in Human Resources, employee relations, or a related field is required.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in employee relations is required.
Education
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience is required.
A master’s degree is preferred.
Certification/Licensure
PHR: Professional in Human Resources certified by HRCI is preferred.
SHRM-CP: Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional is preferred.
SHRM-SCP: Senior Certified Professional is preferred.
SPHR: Senior Professional in Human Resources is preferred.
Senior Employee Relations Partner Position Summary The Senior Employee Relations Partner will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive employee relations while ensuring that the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations. This position plays a key role in fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and mutual respect between employees and management, acting as a trusted advisor to both leadership and staff. The Senior Employee Relations Partner provides oversight related to employee relations activity and operational and consultative human resources support to business units in areas of labor relations, performance management, litigation, and training. Ensures that management is providing fair and consistent treatment of employees in compliance with the law, Asanet policies, and the Asante Values. Provides objective and expert advice to management and employees.
Experience
7 years of professional‑level experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee and labor relations practices is required.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in employee relations is required.
Education
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience is required.
A master’s degree is preferred.
Certification/Licensure
PHR: Professional in Human Resources certified by HRCI is preferred.
SHRM-CP: Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional is preferred.
SHRM-SCP: Senior Certified Professional is preferred.
SPHR: Senior Professional in Human Resources is preferred.
