Responsibilities

Seek to develop integrated solutions and formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value‑added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.

Responsibility for working with all to develop a positive organizational culture, aligned to our values and which fosters accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The role will be a key driver and leader in ensuring the effective development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes; and the specific HR strategies required to build capability supporting the employee life cycle and employee experience.

Capabilities to provide leadership, facilitate change and achieve business objectives while recognizing and accommodating the interdependencies across the business units will be critical to the success of this role. The HR Business Partner provides leadership and advice across all areas of human resource strategy, policy, and processes.

Lead organizational change and design by working with the ESP leaders in Broken Arrow to identify business requirements and implement appropriate solutions.

Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to business unit leaders, ensure that managers and leaders in the business coach and develop their teams.

Provide a full range of HR support for the site including feedback/coaching, talent development, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, goal setting, compensation, compliance, and rewards & recognition.

Supports the performance management process & salary reviews.

Develop talent strategies that align with leadership models.

Assist departments with securing temporary employees through employment services.

Assist with succession planning throughout the organization.

Report on monthly HR metrics as directed.

Build effective relationships across all departments to understand business goals and to proactively identify and implement solutions that align with organizational strategies.

Develop & implement talent programs and solutions that encourage employee growth and engagement.

Participate in various HR projects as required.

Support the team with day‑to‑day HR activities, addressing any concerns, facilitating communication, and fostering a positive work environment.

Proactively manage absence cases working in conjunction with line managers.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness, with regard, but not limited to employee data, payroll input, and maintaining appropriate documentation and HR reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

7 years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or strategic HR role.

Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with leaders at all levels.

Background in organizational change management and workforce planning.

Strong understanding of employment law, compliance practices, and HR policy development.

Experience in performance management, succession planning, and talent development strategies.

Experience managing employee relations issues with a balanced, solutions‑focused approach.

Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, UKG) and reporting tools.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.

Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Proven success driving culture initiatives and organizational effectiveness programs.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field.

HR certification.
