Benefits Specialist

Our client is looking for a Temporary Benefits Specialist to support a high-volume employee services team, handling benefit-related inquiries across both Health & Welfare and Retirement plans. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior benefits experience who can step in quickly and operate in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of employee benefit cases across: Research, track, and resolve cases in a timely and accurate manner Interpret benefit plans and clearly communicate information to employees Support day-to-day benefits administration activities Maintain accurate and complete case documentation in internal systems Escalate complex or sensitive issues as needed Qualifications: Prior experience supporting employee benefits (Health & Welfare and/or Retirement) Familiarity with 401(k), pension, and deferred compensation plans Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
