Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker, located in the Greater Houston area. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, coordinating shipments, building and maintaining relationships with carriers and clients, overseeing dispatching, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role will involve developing and managing accounts to meet targets and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications
Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations Strong skills in Dispatching and managing transportation logistics Excellent Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers Proficiency in Account Management, including the ability to meet sales targets and maintain client accounts Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment Experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus
