Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in San Diego, CA, for an Event Sales professional. The individual will be responsible for driving sales through live event engagement, building and maintaining client relationships, and working collaboratively with the event management team to curate successful campaigns. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include organizing sales strategies, planning and executing events, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets by converting leads into loyal clients.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to engage with clients and ensure an exceptional experience.

Experience in Event Management and Event Planning to coordinate and execute successful campaigns.

Proficiency in Sales techniques with a proven ability to drive growth and meet sales targets.

Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.

Flexibility to work onsite and on weekends or evenings as required for events.

Experience in the events or marketing industry is a plus.
