Our client is seeking a Talent Marketing Specialist to architect and execute recruitment marketing strategies that don’t just attract candidates, but build a consistent, high-quality talent pipeline. This role blends digital marketing precision with talent acquisition strategy, owning campaigns that bring in skilled trades professionals, service technicians, and leadership talent across multiple markets. You’ll sit at the center of growth, translating hiring demand into targeted, data-driven campaigns that convert attention into applicants. Why This Role Matters

The Talent Marketing Specialist will directly influence how fast the company scales by ensuring the right talent sees the right message at the right time. Your work will power workforce expansion, strengthen employer brand presence, and create a predictable pipeline in competitive labor markets. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent attraction campaigns aligned with workforce growth goals Build and elevate employer brand strategy across digital platforms Manage multi-channel recruitment marketing (LinkedIn, job boards, social, programmatic advertising) Optimize candidate funnels from impressions through qualified applicants Track and analyze campaign performance (cost per applicant, conversion rates, ROI) Develop targeted messaging for skilled trades, technical roles, and early career talent Create compelling employer brand content including video, social media, and testimonials Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and leadership to align hiring needs with marketing strategy Qualifications

Required: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or employer branding Experience managing performance-based marketing campaigns Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into strategy Experience reporting on campaign performance and ROI Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams Preferred: Experience in construction, skilled trades, HVAC, mechanical, or industrial industries Programmatic advertising and job board strategy experience What You’ll Get
