What You’ll Do: Brand Execution & Consistency
Help execute brand standards across social media, DTC ecommerce, influencer, email, and other digital touchpoints
Ensure content and messaging align with established brand voice and visual standards
Support the implementation of brand updates across channels accurately and efficiently
Review assets and content for consistency, quality, and attention to detail
Social Media & Community Management
Support platform-specific posting schedules across key social channels
Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interactions in brand voice
Identify trends, conversations, and content opportunities and surface them to the team
Track and report on follower growth, engagement, and content performance
DTC & TikTok Shop Support
Maintain and update website and TikTok Shop content accurately and on time
Assist with testing initiatives, including setup, tracking, and reporting
Monitor site and content experience for gaps or friction points and flag opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with ecommerce partners and agencies to help ensure smooth execution
Influencer, Affiliate & Email Marketing Support
Assist with influencer and affiliate outreach, tracking, reporting, and partner communication
Support campaign setup, promo code tracking, and documentation
Help build and QA email campaigns, update audience segments, and track performance
Maintain clean systems, files, and documentation across programs
Reporting & Operational Support
Track key marketing KPIs across social, email, influencer, and ecommerce channels
Maintain organized dashboards, reports, and recurring performance summaries
Help identify underperforming areas and growth opportunities through data and observation
Manage calendars, project timelines, and workflows to keep deliverables on track
Communicate clearly around deadlines, priorities, and blockers
Take ownership of assigned work and follow through with minimal oversight
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and ecommerce environments
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Strong problem‑solving instincts and a bias toward action
Interest in consumer products, ecommerce, and brand‑building
