The City of Chandler Cultural Development Department is currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as a
Museum Program Associate – Marketing . The position requires a schedule of 40 hours per week, Tuesday through Friday, with regular weekend work on both Saturdays and Sundays, never more than every other weekend.

About the Role The Chandler Museum is a cultural destination offering engaging, community-focused programs and forums, as well as world-class traveling exhibits. The City of Chandler Cultural Development Department showcases destination drivers through the Chandler Center for the Arts, Chandler Museum, Downtown, Public Art, Special Events, Connection and Impact, and Vision Gallery.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience producing engaging marketing materials and promotional content for museum programs and events across a variety of platforms and media. The role requires a passion for customer service, teamwork, and collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Marketing, Museum Studies, Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of marketing experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience
A valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
Desired Qualifications
Experience managing multiple social media channels
Ability to create engaging multimedia content
Strong writing skills with experience interviewing and writing profile stories
Experience editing and maintaining a website
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage a content scheduleBasic digital graphic design skills
Additional Information This is a regular full-time position, subject to a 6‑month probationary period. A register of qualified candidates will be active for 4 months should another position become available.
