We are seeking a
strategic and hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our multi‑channel marketing efforts and drive measurable business growth. This role takes ownership of our digital presence end‑to‑end and is ideal for a marketer who can balance creativity with analytics.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize our website including web design, development and content
Lead social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms, driving engagement and growth
Plan, execute, and optimize ROI – focused digital campaigns
Develop compelling content (visual and written) aligned with brand identity and monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content
Manage and evolve brand positioning and consistency across all channels
Execute email marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies
Oversee and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) to drive conversion and revenue
Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across a multi‑channel environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of digital marketing experience
Strong proficiency in web design and development
Experience with AI tools and/or image editing software
Proven success growing social media platforms and managing digital advertising campaigns with content creation
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong brand identity
Experience with email marketing platforms
Familiarity with Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reporting
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and content creation skills
