Responsibilities
Participate actively in the development and implementation of brand awareness initiatives, including marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, and employer branding efforts to enhance company visibility and reputation.
Assist in detailed planning, coordination, and successful execution of various events, trade shows, and special projects to support overall marketing goals and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless organization and delivery of external events such as roadshows, aligning activities with strategic objectives and target audiences.
Contribute to the creation, review, and distribution of engaging content and marketing collateral that align with the brand’s messaging and campaign requirements.
Support financial processes related to marketing activities by assisting in budget and invoice tracking and processing payments through systems such as SAP and COUPA.
Facilitate effective project management by monitoring team progress, coordinating timelines, and preparing comprehensive presentations and reports to keep management and stakeholders informed.
Adhere to Employee Essentials.
Support company policies, guidelines and mission statements.
Qualifications
Minimum: bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or other related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency.
Experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
Strong project management skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum two years of experience
Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Microsoft suite, Adobe, and/or Canva is preferred.
