Job Details Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Oversee commercial re‑roof & repair projects from scope to closeout

Conduct site walks, develop scopes, pricing, and proposals

Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout each project

Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and field coordination

Prepare estimates for repairs, re‑roofs, and maintenance scopes

Identify new opportunities within existing accounts

Support service/repair teams with pricing, inspections, and client communication

What You Bring?

3–10+ years in commercial roofing or related construction (exteriors preferred)

Experience with commercial roofing systems (single‑ply, BUR, coatings, metal, etc.)

Ability to estimate, price, and sell scopes confidently

Strong communication and client management skills

Organized project‑management mindset with a customer‑service approach

Valid driver’s license & willingness to be in the field regularly

Ability to pass a background test/drug screening
