Support with scheduling, material procurement, and documentation for re-roof and maintenance projects
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and field crews to ensure smooth communication and efficient project flow
Prepare and manage submittals, change orders, job logs, and closeout packages
Track work orders, service requests, and warranty follow-ups
Assist with estimating, proposal generation, and maintenance contract renewals as needed
Maintain project records and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

2+ years of experience in construction or roofing coordination (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in Procore or similar project software a plus A team-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through Desire to grow within a stable, reputable roofing contractor You'll be part of a company that values its people as much as its clients.
