Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities
Promote and enforce safety standards and company policies on site
Manage day-to-day construction operations and project schedules
Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, and quality control (QA/QC)
Coordinate with project managers, design team, and clients
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
Lead site meetings and drive project progress to meet deadlines
Support training of junior staff and field personnel
Requirements
10+ years of construction experience
OSHA 30 certification required
NPDES Level 1A (Blue Card) and First Aid/CPR preferred
Degree in Construction Management/Engineering (preferred, not required)
Active construction site with physical demands (climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., outdoor conditions)
