Leasing Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Specialist based in Draper, UT. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for managing leasing activities, assisting prospective and current residents, processing lease agreements, and supporting resident retention efforts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property tours, addressing inquiries, ensuring lease compliance, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in Leases and Lease Administration Strong Customer Service and Resident Retention skills Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in property management software is an advantage Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus This full-time position will be required to work Saturdays.
