Senior Superintendent
We are a top Design‑Build GC seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on‑site direction.

Their duties include but will not be limited to coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on‑site direction when preparing construction sites.
Qualifications
5+ years Construction Superintendent experience
Experience leading cross‑functional teams on‑site
Proficient with Procore
OSHA 30 Hour
Technically literate individual
Motivated and team player
Salary: $100,000 - $165,000 per year
