About the Team We are seeking a product manager to join the Servicing Strategy organization supporting the Agent Servicing platform. As a platform product manager you will be responsible for delivering data‑driven outcomes and solutions which support a developer and agent experience that fosters a community of collaboration, scalability, and reuse.
In this role you will:
Manage platform well‑management and health focusing on the builders (developer, product manager, etc) experience – creating and automating capabilities which reduce the time to market for the 50+ teams building on the platform
The ideal candidate for this role:
Possesses the ability to balance customer and business focused – demonstrating judgement when juggling between decisions across these competencies
Has experience with transformational leadership – leading and influencing horizontally
Is capable of understanding and challenging the technology aspects of the platform to drive and translate the business value for platform investments
Possesses the ability to demonstrate ownership/autonomy
Is capable of developing a strategy for moving the platform health forward with risk mitigating approach for adoption and accountability, with clear priorities

Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working in product management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering, information systems or a related quantitative field)
A master’s degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering, information systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products
The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. This salary information is exclusively for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations.
Chicago, IL: $149,800 – $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
