On behalf of our client, a nationally active, top-ranked multifamily developer, we are seeking a
Capital Markets Associate
to join their team in Charleston, SC. This individual will work at the intersection of debt and equity capital markets, investor relations, and financial analysis, partnering closely with senior leadership to support the execution of the firm’s development and investment platform.

Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models including sources & uses, capital stacks, loan sizing, and sale sensitivity analyses. Own the development and ongoing refinement of the firm’s standardized financial modeling templates. Support debt and equity capital management, including lender reporting, covenant compliance, and portfolio tracking. Assist in preparing offering memorandums and investor materials. Interface with high-net-worth investors on communications, reporting, and distributions. Track deal pipeline and maintain investor CRM systems. Partner with senior leadership on capital raising and transaction execution.
Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in real estate finance, capital markets, investment banking, or related field. Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel (DCF, IRR, waterfalls, sensitivity analyses). Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in multifamily development.
