Senior Associate, Fund Finance & Portfolio Analytics

Responsibilities
Oversee fund accounting and reporting with a strong focus on portfolio analytics, translating financial statements, investor reports, capital activity, management fees, and fund-level waterfalls into actionable insights on portfolio performance and value creation drivers.
Manage relationships with fund administrators, external auditors, and legal counsel while leveraging reporting outputs to ensure alignment with partnership agreements, regulatory requirements, and portfolio-level transparency.
Drive fund liquidity planning, forecasting, and portfolio valuation processes, incorporating scenario analysis, return attribution, and performance benchmarking across investments for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead investor communications and due diligence efforts, producing data-driven fund and portfolio performance reports that highlight KPIs, trends, and risk-return profiles.
Develop and enhance portfolio monitoring systems, financial models, and reporting tools with a focus on analytics, automation, and data governance to improve decision-making and scalability.
Partner closely with the Controller, CFO, and investment teams to integrate accounting and operational data into portfolio company reporting, board materials, and strategic performance analysis.
Key Qualifications
3+ years of relevant direct Private Equity experience.
Experience with financial accounting and with US GAAP.
Data mining experience - you know how to pull data/produce reports for internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva, etc.
