Our client, a Global Media Company, is seeking a skilled E‑mail Manager to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of email campaigns across brands, genres, and audience segments. The role reports to the Director of Brand & Audience Strategy and partners closely with marketing, digital, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with brand/genre objectives, audience segments, and KPIs.

Collaborate with Brand/Genre leads to ensure each campaign communicates the correct message, supports the consumer journey, and aligns with brand identity.

Brief creative teams with clear objectives, audience context, and performance goals for effective execution.

Identify opportunities to enhance engagement through dynamic content, segmentation, and personalization.

Stay up‑to‑date on industry best practices, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics.

Own end‑to‑end campaign execution within Iterable, including setup, QA, scheduling, and deployment.

Conduct thorough QA to test formatting, functionality, and deliverability across devices and email clients; schedule and send final emails.

Support Iterable reimplementation, migrating templates, journeys, and audience segments.

Stay informed on new Iterable data schema and CDP architecture to build and manage relevant audiences.

Partner with data teams to leverage CDP capabilities for audience creation and targeting.

Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities.

Develop and deliver recurring reporting, including insights and actionable recommendations.

Implement test‑and‑learn strategies to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

Expert‑level Iterable proficiency: proven hands‑on experience managing the full lifecycle, including complex journeys, template creation, rigorous QA, and deployment.

End‑to‑end program ownership: ability to independently manage a high‑volume email program (~30+ sends/month) from briefing creative to flawless technical execution.

Strategic data analysis: advanced ability to translate performance metrics into actionable optimization strategies and long‑term program growth.

Technical data fluency: deep understanding of CDP architecture and data schemas to ensure segments and triggers are technically sound.

Operational agility: experience thriving in complex, multi‑brand environments; comfortable navigating platform migrations and collaborating cross‑functionally with Creative, Editorial, and Engineering teams.

Detail‑oriented execution: a “no‑mistakes” mindset with a high level of reliability in fast‑paced, high‑stakes deployment schedules.

Preferred experience: direct background in Entertainment, SVOD, or Subscription space.

Migration experience: previous experience assisting with or managing a reset or migration within an ESP/marketing automation platform.
