$75,000 – $150,000 base salary + performance incentives
The Role MOKAN Wealth is hiring a Marketing Growth Specialist with a direct path to Chief Growth Officer and a seat on the firm's leadership team.
This is not a social media manager role. This is not a content posting and clipping job. We are not looking for someone to schedule posts and recycle content.
Compensation is structured to reflect that. Base salary scales with experience and performance pay is tied directly to firm revenue and AUM growth.

Responsibilities
Own and manage Meta ad campaigns from creative to conversion, tied to measurable lead flow and AUM growth
Lead YouTube channel strategy, long‑form video scripting, and end‑to‑end video editing
Build and manage podcast production from recording through distribution
Design and maintain email funnels, CRM workflows, and marketing automation sequences
Produce and manage online webinars and virtual workshops
Develop and publish social media content across platforms
Write compelling copy across all channels — ads, scripts, emails, landing pages
Architect full‑funnel systems from awareness through booked appointment
Build and lead the marketing team as the firm scales
Qualifications
Proven experience owning a marketing or growth function end‑to‑end
Hands‑on experience managing Meta ad budgets with measurable results
Track record growing YouTube channels with long‑form content
Ability to write, produce, and edit video and podcast content independently
Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation architecture
Background in financial services, insurance, legal, accounting, real estate, or healthcare preferred
Self‑directed, systems‑oriented, and focused on building — not just maintaining
