Housekeeping Director Are you ready to lead a dedicated housekeeping team in a senior living environment? Tutera Senior Living & Health Care seeks a Housekeeping Director to supervise and coordinate cleaning operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintaining a sanitary, attractive environment for residents.

What Will You Do in This Role?

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping department.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.

Do You Have What It Takes?

A fire and passion for working with seniors

A flexible, fun, and energetic personality

High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred

Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry required

Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry and housekeeping procedures

Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred

Professional image in both appearance and behavior

Excellent written and oral communication skills
