Our client is an award winning general contractor, specializing in commercial projects such as education, multifamily, healthcare, senior living etc.
They are on the lookout for an experienced Superintendent to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate
MUST have ground up experience managing projects $30m+
Our client has an excellent work culture and offers long term progression opportunities.
This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits & bonuses.
Requirements
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in reading blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
Proven ability to lead teams, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, and to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Ground up experience is a must!
This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package
