Strategic Sales Engineer

The Strategic Sales Engineer (SSE) serves as the technical lead within the sales process. In close partnership with Account Executives, you will translate complex litigation and investigative challenges into practical solutions using our AI‑powered eDiscovery platform. You will also support opportunities across government sectors by ensuring our offerings align with federal, state, and local technical, security, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities & Duties

Develop, tailor, and deliver product demonstrations that showcase how our products fit into the EDRM lifecycle. Incorporating advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, etc… to prioritize and reduce data volumes to accelerate legal review.

Present technical solutions to government agencies, addressing requirements around FedRAMP, data sovereignty, FOIA workflows, and security controls.

Lead structured evaluations of our capabilities using client data, highlighting the impact of our integrated AI features compared to legacy platforms.

Manage technical responses for government tenders, ensuring compliance with security, accessibility (Section 508), and functional specifications.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team, department, and organizational goals.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3 years in Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Litigation Support within eDiscovery or legal technology.

Leadership experience in leading technical aspects of sales engagements.

Strong understanding of the EDRM and experience with platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, or CS Disco. Experience with Reveal is preferred.

Familiarity with SaaS and on‑premises architectures, along with relevant security and compliance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with structured, unstructured, and load‑file data formats

Exposure to forensic tools

Industry certifications (ACEDS, RCA, Nuix, Reveal Genius, etc.)

Knowledge of third‑party collaboration platforms (Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
