Classical Private Residential - Senior Architectural Designer

A high-end design focused firm is looking for a passionate designer to join their private residential team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about design and able to manage multiple luxury residential projects throughout all phases. Role and responsibilities Lead in all phases of design, from concept to completion Develop design concepts and presentation materials Coordinate with multiple consultants and contractors directly to predict and resolve any design issues Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction Guide teams, set direction, and maintain accountability Manage complex projects with multiple priorities Design and construction documentation Research products and specifications Delegate work to and mentor junior staff Key skills and experience Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture A minimum of 6-10 years of experience across both architecture and interior architecture, including millwork detailing and development Experience in classical, traditional, or historically rooted design is required Ground-up private residential experience is required Private residential interior architecture experience is a plus Experience with all phases of design and construction Strong design, communication, and technical skills AutoCAD proficiency is required (all documentation is produced in CAD). V-Ray & Rhino experience is a plus Portfolio must include hand sketches and CAD drawn construction level details Must demonstrate strong design capability and refined taste; candidates focused solely on prod
