2026 ETP Analyst: Real Estate Banking Analyst

At Regions, the Real Estate Banking Analyst works as part of the Real Estate Banking client coverage/origination team for Regions Bank. The Real Estate Banking Analyst serves as the primary analytical support for bankers in the origination and execution of real estate banking products and services. Analysts also assist in cultivating client relationships and provide these services alongside Relationship Managers and Debt Products Managers. Analysts split their time between supporting live deals and pitches across all products and providing research and analytical support. The Analyst supports coverage teams in the following segments: Community Investment Capital, Home Builder Finance, Income Property Finance, and Real Estate Corporate Banking.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed financial models to value companies and depict projected financial outcomes.

Conduct extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk/return parameters of transactions.

Ensure high quality client deliverables through strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Prepare written material, including pitches, proposals, client materials and supporting analyses.

Maintain proprietary databases by monitoring news, current events, transactions and financial information.

Understand client needs and identify Regions products and services, or unique actionable ideas, to help clients achieve their goals.

Provide expert service with urgency in coordination between coverage bankers and Debt Product partners to deliver the whole bank to the client fast, surely, and creatively.

Support Relationship Managers with call planning, production/pipeline management and quality reporting across all sales performance tools.

Assume a substantial amount of responsibility, working independently and as part of a team on multiple projects.

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive‑eligible.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with a proven record of high achievement.

Skills and Competencies

Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

Energetic and creative self‑starter willing to manage significant and multiple responsibilities.

Strong sense of personal accountability and results orientation within a collaborative team environment.

Compensation Details Pay ranges are job‑specific and serve as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and performance in the job role. Pay will vary among associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for the position location and level.

Job Range Target Minimum : $71,049.25 USD

Median : $87,055.50 USD

Incentive Pay Plans This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees may receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
