Location & Hours Position is located at 1627 Hwy 62 W, Mountain Home, AR 72653.
Availability is needed Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 5:45 pm and Saturday 8:45 am to 12:20 pm.
Overview The Relationship Banker will primarily focus on product sales and exceptional customer service. The associate develops new customer relationships and strengthens existing relationships by ensuring each customer knows and offers appropriate products and services to meet their existing and future financial needs. The relationship banker provides expert product advice, clear and concise directions on using self‑service banking solutions, transacts business accurately, and provides account servicing and problem resolution per established procedures and regulations. This is a leveled position, beginning with Level 1 and advancing to Level 3, with potential advancement to a Level 4 leadership position upon completion of all three levels.
Levels & Training
Level 1 – Training : Primary focus on training and development while working with a seasoned mentor. Progression to Level 2 is dependent upon successful completion of all training.
Level 2 – Proficient : Works independently on routine tasks and with general guidance on complex tasks. Demonstrates superior product knowledge and excellent needs‑based selling skills. Upon recommendation of management and demonstrated proficiency, the associate could advance to Level 3.
Level 3 – Advanced : Demonstrates independent action and high initiative, resolves problems, develops recommendations, and determines the course of action on new tasks. May serve as a mentor to Level 1 associates.
What You Will Do
Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach with new and existing customers, following the sales process defined in the CFB Retail Sales Playbook.
Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans, accept loan applications, and facilitate loan closings while working effectively with the centralized underwriting department.
Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service by promptly acknowledging every customer, smiling and greeting, introducing yourself, using eye contact, and thanking the customer.
Open and process simple, moderately, or highly complex deposit accounts.
Answer and assist customers’ questions and concerns, including deposit risk management and day‑to‑day banking business.
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of products and services, including digital services and delivery options, and support customer usage of products and services that meet their needs.
Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives as directed.
Use sound judgment in applying bank standards, policies, and procedures regarding customers.
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the BSA/AML program, including completing compliance training and reporting any violations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or the ability to be registered within 30 days required.
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
Financial service provider experience preferred.
College degree preferred.
