We’re partnering with a highly respected, long-standing general contractor in the Twin Cities to hire a dynamic Senior Marketing Coordinator.

About the Role Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development & Marketing, this individual will
own the pursuit process —from kickoff through submission—while also supporting broader marketing and brand initiatives.
You’ll be the engine behind proposals, presentations, and marketing deliverables that directly impact project wins.
What You’ll Own
Lead and manage
RFP/RFQ pursuit processes
end-to-end (timelines, coordination, final deliverables)
Create high-impact
proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
Drive
visual layout and design
using Adobe InDesign (this is critical)
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, estimating, and leadership
Support
interview prep, award submissions, and brand storytelling
Manage
social media, website updates, and digital content efforts
Maintain marketing assets, CRM tracking, and pursuit calendars
4+ years of marketing experience (5+ ideal)
Strong Adobe InDesign expertise (4+ years preferred)
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Construction, architecture, or engineering industry experience strongly preferred
