As the Dealer Communications Manager, you will manage dealer and field communication activities including the dealer newsletter, sales, credit, commercial communications, monthly internal sales recaps, and support dealer marketing efforts. You will research and write content, develop multi‑channel execution strategy, own content and creative, coordinate reviews and approvals, and plan and execute dealer and field engagement events.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to determine communications and messaging for dealer audiences, including all process, program, and company communications impacting dealers.

Build project timelines for execution with stakeholders, including legal review, and ensure milestones and timely delivery.

Ensure adherence to all legal and compliance standards and procedures.

Ensure sales field alignment via email communications, field meetings, and reviews.

Work with outsourced vendors to provide communication assets.

Manage the planning, communication, and execution of dealer and field engagement events including Circle of Excellence, Dealer Summit, Sales Rally, regional field and dealer meetings.

Partner with key stakeholders, OEM, and vendor partners to ensure successful event launch.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in B2B communications.

Automotive or financial services experience is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Proven ability to work with outsourced vendors for deliverables.

Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional departments and external stakeholders.

Strong business writing ability to craft messaging for a business audience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Project, Outlook), Canva, and Adobe programs (Campaign, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with a customer‑centric approach.

Operate well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Sound understanding of marketing principles.

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Strong orientation toward results with integrity, creativity and good judgment.

Must have the ability to challenge, when appropriate, existing practices.

Job Details Location: Irvine, California, United States. Job Type: Regular. Schedule: Full‑time. Salary: $88,000 – $136,400. Posting Date: April 9, 2026.
